Hi there, I cannot connect any of my social accounts.

    I’ve tried multiple troubleshooting steps:
    – Disconnecting jetpack and reconnecting
    – Disconnecting all social media accounts and reconnecting
    – Clearing browser cache
    – XRMP enabled
    – Tried in both WP admin and via Jetpack website

I always get the same message when the connected fails:
Error connecting account. Could not update the Jetpack Social connections on the remote Jetpack site. No Jetpack Social connection created.

    Please can someone help.

    Hi @apostletimes,

Thank you for sharing the site URL!

It looks like the Jetpack connection is currently broken, and since the auto-share feature in Jetpack Social depends on this connection, fixing it will be our first step. You’ve already done some troubleshooting, great job so far!

To continue, I recommend completely reinstalling the Jetpack plugin following this guide. This ensures everything is set up fresh and avoids any lingering issues.

Additionally, you can use our connection debugger tool to check the connection status and confirm when it’s fully restored. Once the connection is working, you should be able to reconnect your social accounts and use the auto-share feature as expected.

Let us know how it goes.

    Hey @apostletimes,

Do you have updates about that, do you still need help? We usually close inactive threads after one week of no movement, but we want to make sure we’re all set before marking it as solved. Thanks!
