    Hi!
When a manual payment is completed, the redirection that has been configured does not work. WordPress shows a 404 error. Can I do some kind of redirection for manual payments?
I understand that I did not redirect to the configured URL because the system does not consider that the payment is complete and correct. Could a redirect be set up for erroneous payments? or for manual payments?
    I can’t find this option.
    Thank you and happy afternoon

  • Hi @jmagtags

You may need to flush the permalinks for the redirect page!

Please try these steps: https://lifterlms.com/docs/how-to-flush-wordpress-rewrite-rules-or-permalinks/ and let us know if this helps or if the issue continued!

    Hi!
    The error keeps popping up.
The path of the URL that generates 404 is: domain.tld/dashboard/order/828
The rest of the plugins were deactivated before starting the tests. And the permalinks rules were rewritten before and after disabling everything.
    The problem continues
    Thanks

    Hi @jmagtags

By chance, if you add an s to the end or order in the browser bar manually so it is: domain.tld/dashboard/orders/828 does this take you to the order.

Also, is this order made on the account you are logged into or are you logged in as an admin and this is a student’s order?

Let us know if you have any further questions!

    Hi @nrherron
The missing letter “s” was an error typing the URL. The URL you indicate generates a 2404 – Page Not Found”
If I access the URL that appears in the email to make the payment, it also generates the same error “404 – Page Not Found”
The tests have been done from an incognito browser without logging in. Neither as a teacher nor as a student.

    Hi @jmagtags

Can you please provide us with your LifterLMS System Report?

Use services like Imgur, Dropbox, or Pastebin to share screenshots, system reports, and logs. Remember that this is a public forum. If you don’t want your URLs, server paths, and other potentially sensitive information posted publicly and archived indefinitely you should blur or remove this information from your logs and screenshots before posting.

    Hello
I have been doing tests and the error was with the Astra child theme. Specifically when it is customized from the theme page https://wpastra.com/child-theme-generator/ If the child theme is downloaded by default, without changing any configuration it works correctly
Something very weird … I have solved it with a clean install (although this has not had effect), and with a childtheme without customizing
    Thanks and good luck!
