    Hi Marilyn,

which reasons are enabled for direct deletion?
    https://github.com/pluginkollektiv/antispam-bee/wiki/en-Documentation#delete-comments-by-spam-reasons

You can disable them and enable notifications to see which has caused the deletion:
    https://github.com/pluginkollektiv/antispam-bee/wiki/en-Documentation#notification-by-email

This information is also in the list table of comments.

Sometimes the reason is a conflict with a plugin or theme that does not work with our honeypot feature. For example if the theme or plugin is changing the default comment form (e.g. Jetpack, AJAX comments forms, Disqus, etc.) our honeypot is not applicable and this can lead to false deletions.

If you can share your theme and active plugins we can help to solve this issue.

    All the best,
    Torsten

Thank you. My theme is Foodie Pro. I have been using this theme for 4 years but just updated to 3.1.0 last week. I have had no trouble prior to this, so maybe more a plugin conflict? Here are the plugins. Most are old, but maybe a newer one. I will star the recent, within 3 months.

    My theme is Foodie Pro.

As this is a paid theme, we can’t look inside, so no idea ??

As you are using a caching plugin. Did you purge the cache after updating ASB?

To eliminate some things, can you answer the question from me?

which reasons are enabled for direct deletion?

    Did you try that?

You can disable them and enable notifications to see which has caused the deletion:

I haven’t had it recently but I know I had to include the country in Cloudflare to stop the error. Thx!
