    We are encountering an issue while attempting to connect TikTok Shop with our WordPress site using the official TikTok plugin.
    Below are the details of the problem:
    *Issue*: During the setup process of TikTok Shop, we are receiving the following error message
    *Error Code*: 50000
    *Error Message*: Internal error.
    *Log ID to Report*: 20241008233913B9677BDE854C63164275

    This error occurs when trying to complete the connection between WooCommerce and TikTok Shop, preventing us from moving forward with the integration. We would appreciate assistance in identifying the cause of this error and any guidance on how to resolve it. The Log ID provided above may help in diagnosing the issue.
    Additionally, sometimes we receive the error message: ‘Error: tts plugin create shop api failed: Error’

    For troubleshooting this issue we have already taken below actions

    • Cleared the browser’s cookies and cache.
    • Verified a stable network connection and ensured no VPN is in use.
    • Tested in incognito mode.
    • Tried accessing the site using different browsers (Chrome, Safari, and Firefox).
    • Ensured all browsers used were up-to-date and without ad-blocking extensions.
    • Attempted on different devices, browsers, and network connections.
    • Check with WordPress(V6.7.1), TikTok(V1.2.10) Plugin and WooCommerce Plugin(V9.4.3)
    • Check with the default WordPress theme and deactivate all other plugins.

    Also, we have already contacted “TikTok for Business Support” but the issue remains unresolved.

    Thanks for following up with a fresh error log. It looks like we need some additional KYC details from you in order to complete setup of the TikTok Shop <> WooCommerce integration. Would you be able to go to https://seller.tiktok.com/ and provide those additional details to us directly there? Let us know if you have any further issues.

    Thank you for your response. We have already completed all required KYC details on the TikTok Seller platform, and as far as we can see, there are no pending step left to address.

    Could you please be more specific about what might be missing or what additional information is required from our side? This will help us resolve the issue more efficiently.
