You’ve already completely removed Jetpack and reinstalled it with no change in this behavior, correct?

If you try to reinstall Jetpack with all other plugins temporarily deactivated and when using a default theme, like Twenty Seventeen, does the same thing occur?

Yes, of course, I tried to deactivate the plugin and reinstall, as well. Unfortunatelly, it is still wrong. And I changed the theme to Twenty Sixteen, however, nothing, I still get same error.

Did you also temporarily disable all other plugins besides Jetpack when you tested the Twenty Sixteen theme?

I fixed the issue by installing php-xml on the server.
