Error code: -32300 using sharing settings

    i am trying to connect the social media pages to the site, however i get the Error code: -32300 when using the sharing settings in settings and the message
    500 status code for “POST /sites/145688302/publicize-connections/new”
    when using the sharing on wordpress.com
    i am runing the site on php 7.2 but i tried with 5.6 already, and disconnected and reconnecte the jetpack several times also diabled all the pluggins on the site and tried

    Hi there,

    Thanks for contacting us! There’s a problem with the xmlrpc endpoint on your site. Jetpack requires access to a file name xmlrpc.php. This file can be found here:

    https://bercotelecom.com/xmlrpc.php

    At the moment, it’s returning a 403 Forbidden error, while it should look like this example:

    https://jetpack.com/xmlrpc.php

    Problems accessing xmlrpc is usually due to a server block. I’d suggest to reach out to your hosting provider and have them clear the block ??

    If that won’t work, it could be also due to another plugin or a security module on your server. Try temporarily deactivating your other plugins to see whether that fixes the issue. If not, then contact your host to see whether they block xmlrpc.
