Error code: 2001 — An error occured while verifying

    Hi,

    I get this error in the Extension Manager;

    “Error code: 2001 — An error occured while verifying the options. The local instance is out of sync and enabled extensions are now inactive. If this error keeps coming back, please disconnect your account at “Account and Actions” and try again.”

    and i try to Disconnect account, the button turns red and comes back to connected again by him self.

    Any Idea?

    Hi @mauri01,

    The button turns red to indicate an “are you sure?” prompt; this is to prevent accidental disconnection: you’d need to hit it twice.

    If that doesn’t work, please get in touch with us via https://tsf.fyi/contact, which is where we handle Extension Manager support. This problem can have several causes, such as having multiple domains point to the same site.
