Error code 10413 when checkout with coupon discount.

    Payment error:
An error occurred while processing your PayPal payment. Please contact the store owner for assistance.

    I encounter that error message too but on my part it occurs only when I add coupon discount and checkout.

    I have done some researching and code tracing and it seems that this is cause by the line item not sure how to fix it but I have able to extract the error code 10413 in the error message.

    Hope plugin authors will find a solution.

    Works when no coupon applied. But get error when coupon is applied.

    Any solutions?

    Haven’t received any reply yet. I have log this issue with woocommerce. I will update you when I have some response from woocommerce or in here.

    Error when applying coupon code.

    Hi eggpinic,

    I have found the solution follow steps below.

    1. Upgrade WPPEC to the latest version – they have applied a fix for it
    2. Comment out the TLSV1 in the plugin folder > abstracts > ….credentials.php – i encounter this issue because of ou server is on plesk and it doesnt support the NSS something. I will update this post when I got home, currently the train.

    Thanks so much for that! I have given up on it for now though as I get the error

    WooCommerce Gateway PayPal Express Checkout requires OpenSSL >= 1.0.1 to be installed on your server

    And I am on an old server with Godaddy and am not willing to change just for this.
