Error Code: 1002

    I get this error code:
    Error Code: 10002
    Error Details: Security header is not valid

    I am trying to do Live. I have set up a Buy Now button with drop-down options – tried 4 times.

    Do I have to first or also do Sandbox? If so, do I set sandbox up with the same company name?
    would screen shots help you to help me?
    Do you have step-by-step documentation?

    That error means the API credentials getting passed to PayPal are incorrect. This could mean the values themselves are indeed wrong, or it could also mean that you are sending sandbox credentials to the live server or vice-verse.

    Did you see our setup guide? There is a video as well as written steps with a screenshot that should help you get it done. Take a look and let me know if you continue to have problems.
