    Hello,

    Im facing an issue when i want to send review reminder manually to my customers. It worked at least 5 days and now it constantly show “Error code 1” when i want to send manually a reminder. Any idea ?

    It was a temporary problem with the email sending service. Can you please try again and let me know if you are still experiencing this issue?

    Hi,
    my name is eva, and i’m using the plugins for reviews in my store. it worked perfectly until the last update, now when I send the manual reminder it gives me error code 1.

    Please accept our apologies for this issue. It was caused by a fault of a load balancer in AWS (Amazon Web Services) infrastructure that we use to distribute incoming traffic. We notified AWS support about this problem and it should be resolved bu now. If you still experience any problems, please let me know.
