• I am experiencing an issue with the payment process through the MyPOS gateway for WooCommerce. When customers are redirected to the MyPOS website for payment, they encounter “Error Code 1.” This error only appears when using mobile WiFi connections; when mobile data is enabled instead, the payment process works smoothly. This problem persists across different WiFi networks, indicating it might be a broader issue with WiFi connectivity on mobile devices when using the MyPOS payment system.

    Hello!
    We haven’t encountered a similar problem and in particular for mobile wifi connections.
    Error code 1 means that a required parameter is missing when requesting us. We will look into the case though and give feedback if we find anything.
