    Hi,
I use Cloudflare to block spam. It worked well but suddenly, the forms no longer work and no emails are sent. I always have the failure message set in the Cloudflare captcha parameter of WPForms. I set Cloudflare to “Managed” mode and it shows Success. I looked at the WordPress logs: everything is OK.
I don’t really see how to fix this problem. I installed the latest version of your plugin

    Thanks

    Hey @spiwee,

    Thank you for reaching out!

Would you mind sharing a link to the affected form so that I can take a look? I have just tested on my end but I could not reproduce the issue. For the email notification problem, have you already configured an SMTP plugin to improve email delivery?

    Thanks!

    Hi @kmacharia,
    Thank you for your reply
Is there a way to send you the URL confidentially?
I can’t put it directly in the forum on my client’s recommendations
The site sends messages with PostSMTP which works well for other messages. When I try to send the message through the form, there is no trace of it in the PostSMTP message log

    Thanks

    Hi @rsouzaam,

in fact I was able to debug the problem with the plugin “Simple Cloudflare Turnstile” which logs errors in the process of connecting to turnstile. By adding PHP code, I saw that the error was the following: “Cloudflare Turnstile Error: cURL error 60: SSL certificate problem: certificate has expired”
The problem came from the fact that on the server the root certificate ca-certificates was obsolete. It was updated and everything is ok
I explain here because I saw that other people on forums (reddit) encountered the same problem
It would be good if in your extension there was also a validation of the good connection to Turnstile when we set it
    Thanks

    Hi @spiwee,

It’s great to hear that you resolved the issue after updating the SSL certificate! Thank you for taking the time to share this information here.

I’ve noted your request for validation of the Cloudflare Turnstile, and we’ll keep it on our radar as we plan our future roadmap. We truly appreciate your suggestion!

If you’d like any assistance with using WPForms Lite, please feel free to reach out.

    Thanks!
