Error closing the mobile currency exchange popup

  • On a mobile device, when I open the currency exchange window (The floating menu).
    If I do not make any currency exchange and im click on background, the page stays busy and does not scroll bottom until I reload it.

    Please fix this by making that every time you click outside the popup the page will reload so that it can continue to function normally.

    We have checked that function on our demo website, and it works correctly, you can try it with https://authentic.new2new.com/home-3/shop/.

    The problem on your site may be caused by the conflicts with other plugins (example cache plugins). Please activate only our plugin and Woocommerce to check it.

    You are right, I have checked the link you have sent me and in fact if it works, can you think of a workaround for my site?
    Maybe some code in fuctions .php?

    All the plugins I use are required.

    Reviewing I have discovered that the incompatibility is with my wordpress theme.

    The plugin works fine but it has the bug that I mentioned above, please I ask you to review the bug to see if you can find it, it is very important to me.

    I beg you, I need your help to see if you could patch it in a future update.
