    Hello Jacky,

    I installed the plugin about 10 days ago.
    WordPress install is on a Sub.Domain.tld in the top level directory for that sub-domain (/Public_HTML directory), NOT in a subdirectory.

    I am using this WP install strictly for ClickerVolt.
    Only installed plugins are: ClickerVaolt + WP-Security-Safe + WPS-Hide-Login + WPS-Limit_Login

    I have created 3 URL so far, and everything has been working very well, until now.

    I just logged in, to create another URL, and when I go to the ClickerVolt Dashboard
    sub.domain.tld/wp-admin/admin.php?page=clickervolt
    I get the following…

    ERROR
    The file “/home/customer/www/sub.domain.tld/public_html/wp-content/plugins/clickervolt-data/maxmind_dbs/city.mmdb” does not exist or is not readable.

    I checked and there is indeed NO file: city.mmdb
    Directory /maxmind_dbs is empty.
    all directories in the chain are set to 755

    The most recent backup I have dates back to 5 days ago, and in it there is not even the directory: /wp-content/plugins/clickervolt-data ???

    We only offer support through our official channel at https://help.clickervolt.com – we don’t offer support on www.remarpro.com forums for the following reasons:

    1/ It is not efficient for us to have support scattered across different channels

    4/ Note that even though we fix all reported bugs, support requests falling under other categories are only available in the premium packages as explained in the first 2 lines of our plugin description:
