Error Cleaning DB

    Hi

    I have used your wonderful app on other sites but now on a new one I have launched, I get this error message whenever I try to use Database or Image Optimizer.

    Cannot load lscache-optimization

    Cleaning DB or Sending an Image Opt. Request stops with that error.
    What does this mean and how do I fix it please.

  • Hi @dano55, can you help me to do the following checking:

    1) Reinstall plugin (You can export your current setting on Import/Export page)
    2) Disable other plugins
    3) Check is there any PHP error when the message is shown.
