Error Checkout page

  • the payment method does not load due to an internal server error. When I check the log I see the following:

    /wp-content/plugins/yith-pre-order-for-woocommerce/templates/emails/ywpo-product-table.php on line 30

    non-pre-order products can be simply checked out…

    There may be a conflict with another plugin. Could you do a test by deactivating plugins, and leaving only WooCommerce and the PreOrder plugin? It would also be good if you do a test by changing the site theme to a standard WordPress one.
    If the issue continues, could you share a screenshot with the Pre-Order product settings?
