    Hi,

    I have inserted all the scripts in WP Rocket, but unfortunately I still get the error message.
    This is the first time, I usually use Burst more often, even with the same provider as currently, but it doesn’t work.
    What can I do?

    Hi @mindkicks,

    It seems like our tracking test returns a false positive. It seems to me like tracking is working (using the REST API). Do you still get data in the Dashboard?

    Yes, still the same message:
    Due to your server or website configuration, it is not possible to determine statistics.

    But numbers are displayed in the statistics

    Hi @mindkicks,

    Sorry for the late reply. If the statistics are tracked and shown, then you can ignore the error message. Sometimes a false positive will show up for the tracking tests.

    We will take a look on if we can improve the test to reduce false positives.
