    Hi, we have Amazon Pay setup and it has been working, and we are soft-launching the site this week. A user tried to use a coupon, and we get this message:
    “Sorry, there are no available payment methods which support the recurring coupon you are using. Please contact is if you need assistance or wish to make alternative arrangements.”

    Amazon Pay has been accepting payments with no error for our subscriptions, so why does it not accept the recurring coupon? This is vital to our store and we really hope for some insight. Lowering the price instead of the coupon is not a viable solution. My Googling did not come up with much, hoping for some info here…

    Hi @benjaminblue ,

    Recurring coupons aren’t part of the core WooCommerce functionality? May I ask how that coupon is being created?

    If you’re using a third-party coupon creation plugin, they may not be compatible with Amazon Pay, but that’s something the developer of the plugin would need to answer.

    For what it’s worth, Amazon Pay does support automatic payments for Subscriptions, but there may be other requirements those recurring coupons have that Amazon Pay doesn’t support.

    Hey Mike, we are using the Subscriptions which I am guessing adds the recurring option to coupons. We do not have any other coupon plugins.
