Error checking out! Result code is 0.

  • I ran ‘weblibrarian’ plugin after a fresh installation of wordpress on GCP. I have used both ‘senior aid’ and ‘volunteer’ users to try checking out an item (circulation type, book, patron ID, have been updated and created) , but encountered an error of ‘Error checking out! Result code is 0.’. Please suggest.

    I cannot think what could be wrong. Note there is a proper order to setting up the paron and item barcode. If they are set up in the wrong order it won’t work. In order to debug this I need more information, maybe even screenshots.
