Error change cover with Jetpack Photon

  • Hello,

    After months I was able to identify the error when trying to change the cover photo in Ultimate Member.

    When the Photon (Jetpack) plugin is enabled it uses the filename reported by the Ultimate Member plugin. However, since the plugin does not change the filename, then the Photon plugin does not understand it as a different file.

    Does anyone know how to solve this?

    I’ve already installed a plugin to change the name of the uploado file (so there are no files with the same name) but it does not work with Ultimate Member.

    Please help me.

    Hi @bazzarello,

    Unfortunately, Photon is not yet compatible with UM at this time. You may disable the plugin for UM to work or hire a freelance developer to write a custom code to extend the functionality of the plugin.
