    Hi

    I have a problem

    There is an error while backing up

    its says:

    ERROR: Cannot create zip archive: 19

    Can anyone help please?!

    Hi @medieskolen
    Cold you try with Tar backup instead of Zip?
    Also, please give me the server info at BackWPUp -> Settings -> Infomation tab.
