    This hasn’t happened before, but now whenever I try to import an item this red message appears. What is it due to? How can I fix it? Thanks

    Yes I still can’t import products. As I said, this hasn’t happened before but started today

    How has it been resolved??

    I’ve got the same issue. Yesterday I still could import products, today it won’t work anymore. I always get this red message: “Can not retrieve data. Try again.”
    And no matter how often I start over, type in my domain and secret key, also after generating a new key… It doesn’t work anymore!

    I have the same issue. I followed all the other steps on a previous thread (which is now closed to comments), including removing the current plugin and extension and reinstalling them from the links provided in the thread. The updates were successful, but now I get a new error:

    “Domain not resolved. Please enter correct domain and secret key that you set in Dropshipping and Fulfillment for AliExpress and WooCommerce plugin”

    Repeating the install and refreshing the settings doesn’t resolve the issue.

    We have some updates for the extension and plugin, but it takes time to upload on chrome extension because of waiting for approval from Google Chrome extension.

    Please uninstall the old versions and reinstall these versions and let us know if it doesn’t work normally.

    Download your updated chrome extension in your google drive.
    Deactivated and reactivated the plugin.

    Still the same error. Cannot import the product via chrome extension.

    Also is there a way to sync existing products? I have products already in my store.

    Plugin is working well in website #1. Today I have installed your pugin in a second website, have changed the secret key and website Url, but it isn`t working. So I have switched backto check if the plugin still works in website #1 ( re-changed Secret key and Url ) and it is going smoothly. Any workaround to make it work in multiple websites? Extension installation package is the same, so something is not working in the website/Aliexpress linking side.

    Worked for me!

    – uninstall & delete plugin in Woocommerce
    – uninstall & delete extension in Chrome / Chromium
    – download and install Zip:

    – activate
    – download, unpack and import in Chrome / Chromium Browser:

    My old products were still there and now I can add new products again.

    I just retried all of the steps mentioned by Giraffe75 above, and I still get an error. I this case the error reads:

    “Domain not resolved. Please enter correct domain and secret key that you set in Dropshipping and Fulfillment for AliExpress and WooCommerce plugin”

    I have carefully copied the domain and key several times, but the error remains…

    I opened the extension in Eclipse and found the URL being called:

    [my-domain]/wp-json/woocommerce_aliexpress_dropship/sync

    When I paste the URL into the browser, I get the following error

    {“code”:”rest_no_route”,”message”:”No route was found matching the URL and request method”,”data”:{“status”:404}}

    I have one plugin saying (JetPak) that says the REST API has been disabled, but I haven’t found yet where it is being disabled. I assume that has something to do with the issue, but the notice was there previously when the plugin was working…

    Any thoughts on that?

    After more verification, REST API seems to be functioning. Perhaps the Extension is not actually making a POST request?

    It’s a POST request so you can not paste the URL into the browser to make it work, it’s for GET request only.

    The error i mentioned in my previous reply is because of your server’s mode_security configuration. Please ask your host about 406 error code that your server returns.
