Error: Can not parse the item. – when adding product

When I try to add a ebay product, it says “Error: Can not parse the item.”, this didn’t happen in the past, so this is a new issue.

I try to add a product by pasting in the url of the product into the search (i’m not using the api search), it worked in the past but for some reason this error began showing up.
