Error calculating total number of reviews

I found out the cause was fake reply to virtual review from faview

I’ve tested again with pro version of Faview, still don’t encounter this issue. I’ve enabled Reply for both virtual and real review, then added one real review and one virtual review (manual) >> Both have auto virtual reply, review count is still correct: https://nimb.ws/UcVlS1

I deleted all replies then the issues was solved, after that I tried to reply some reviews , then count review is correct. I dont know why. thank you for your support!
