    I see the red Exclamation on the admin bar, but when I go to settings, there is no message. I tried deleting and reinstalling (after setting Complete Deactivation). I use w3 Total Cache, but I have SpamFirewall disabled.

    Why is there an error signal, but no error message?

    Thanks

    Hello @tonylocalword

    Probably there is some caching issue that is causing the issue. Could you please clear the website’s cache?

    Did it help?

    Clearing the cache did not help. I disabled the cache, which cleared the error, but when I re-enabled the cache the error came back.

    I just realized the message about w3total cache being incompatible is probably the error message, because it’s all in red? But since SpamFirewall is disabled, there should be no error or message.

    If that’s true, maybe you should update that so there’s no error?

    Thanks

    @tonylocalword,

    Please give us 1-2 days to test w3 Total Cache on our environment.

    Thank you.
