    Thank you for your attention and I take this opportunity to correct you, supposedly the problem was a caching plugin, that has already been uninstalled and the same problem persists, so the problem has not been solved and I can also show you the printscreens of emails over these months, in which I basically no longer have an answer to my emails… it’s good that we have proof through emails, because my impression with your service honestly is not the best, I’m with this problem for a long time, I can not put this part of my site available to customers because I’m with this problem… I bought this plugin to speed up and give a better look to my website and my account got even worse…
    Honestly, I have already solved several conflicts through this wordpress area and by email you stop answering me, so I would like to solve this problem here…

    I wanted to add a question and I don’t know if it is necessary to create a new ticket…
    I have an email created for Reset and for forgot password, in my wordpress under Users>All Users>Send password reset email, can I replace that default email with the one I created by woolentor?
    I questioned the wordpress plugin and he advised me to talk to you or another plugin…

    No, it’s not necessary to create a new ticket. You can continue the conversation through the existing ticket/email.

    About the question you asked:

    Are you asking if it is possible to use a WooLentor template to replace the default email design for the “Send password reset email,” which is located at

    Users>All Users>Send password reset email ?

    If yes, then I am afraid this option is not available in our plugin.
