Error breaking login page

  • Hi,

    A W3TC error is breaking the login.

    W3 Total Cache Error: some files appear to be missing or out of place. Please re-install plugin or remove /home/rapidpul/public_html/rp12.org/wp-content/advanced-cache.php.

    My new host and I cannot delete the plugin, permission is denied. I was able to delete the advanced-cache.php file, but did not fix the problem.

    Please help me get my login back.
