    Hello,

    I get prompted the following Error Message for some users when using Mailchimp User Sync: “Error: Bad Request”. Does anyone know how to resolve this?

    We improved the error reporting, there should now be more information with each error. Can you please regenerate the error and copy the full error for us if you still need help with this?

    In case this is important, I use Profile Builder Pro to let users sign up and generate a WordPress profile with a custom user role (same rights as subscriber).

    No ideas anybody?

    I’m having the exact same issue – approx 6 email addresses in a list of 200+ can’t be synced. Same error as well.

    Hey,

    Do the email addresses for those users look real or are they perhaps fake addresses?

    Either way, we’re pushing out an update shortly in which you should be seeing a more detailed error message. Sorry for the delay, but let me know if the issue persists after our next update please.
