    Hello Support,
Any ideas why the Backup FAILED? Also our server is struggling with this backup as well

    I would suggest you try the following:
    Please go to BackWPUp -> Settings -> Job tab -> Reduce server load -> choose?maximum. Also in the same section, lower the Maximum Script Execution Time to 25 or 20 seconds and try to run it again.
    In case it does not work, maybe try with Tar backup instead of Zip since Tar use much less server resource or split the big job into smaller ones.
