error backup not allowed

    Hello, I had got an issue when I have done backup! it’s seems completed but an error shows like this
    PHP event: code E_WARNING: is_dir(): open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/usr/local/cpanel) is not within the allowed path(s): (/var/www/vhosts/4allprograms.me/:/tmp/) (line 382, wp-content/plugins/updraftplus/class-updraftplus.php) (Mar 03 04:12:00)”

    what exactly does it mean? here is my log files https://pastebin.com/gtB7dBtv is it okay or not…
    I really need your help with this case

    Hi,

    Can you disable sending backups via email? Sending the full backup via email is not recommended as the backup file is too large to send via email.

    I’ve disabled it and tried to do backup again but The problem still exist https://pastebin.com/z3FDhDwH

    These PHP messages are entirely harmless. UpdraftPlus attempts to access some files which, if available, can help it in making its decisions, but which are disabled on your hosting setup, and it’s fine without them.

    so, you mean that everything is gonna be okay even though I saw that message? and can you guarantee me in the future, can I restore it without any problem?

    Hi,

    The log shows “0758.800 (1) Pencadangan berhasil dan telah selesai.”
    Can you check directly on your Google Drive if the backup has been successfully uploaded?

    it’s showing

    what exactly does it’s mean? I never get an issue like that before

    Hi,

    That message indicates that the CURL request is timing out
    Could you check with your hosts to see why that is?
