please go to BackWPUp -> Settings -> Logs -> Logging Level -> Debug(not translated ), re-run the job again then give me latest debug log file.
(You can get latest backup log file at BackWpUp -> Logs)

Sorry, my late reply, I think in this case, could you please change to use another backup destination like Dropbox or GDrive.
