• We are not able to authenticate anymore. Here is the error log we receive.

    2016-12-22 16:41:32 – ERROR –> processSalesforceResponse: This authorization request has expired, or (less likely) the IP is restricted or invalid login hours. [Raw error message: Error in retrieving token: “invalid_grant”]
    2016-12-22 16:41:34 – DEBUG –> get_api(): The access token is empty – app is not yet authenticated

    We have tried to reset all tokens and access on the salesforce side. Any suggestions?
