• Hi,

    Recuring problems with the pardot pluygin is this:
    Error: Your account is locked due to too many failed login attempts. Reset your password at https://pi.pardot.com/user/passwordReset
    Cannot authenticate. Please check the fields below and click “Save Settings” again.

    So i change the pwd. a few weeks later same problem over again. And again. must be the 10th time now.

    We do not have ip security or any other security plugins installed. The pardot user is working fine in pardot..

    Any ideas?

    Thanks for the report, @glekar.

    In this case, I’d encourage you to contact Pardot Support, as this auth error comes up often in relation to the User Sync. They should be able to help you figure out what’s going on with that particular user account.
