I loaded and ran IMSANITY on my site, mghwildlife.com. It ran up to 282/1296 and stopped. But it just seems stuck, it didn’t say it ended or was complete (I’ve never run it before). Most images appear to have resized properly, at least they are listed as having done so. But about a dozen have the message “ERROR: Attachment with ID of XXXX not found”, the XXXX being a four-digit number. I’m wondering 1) why IMSANITY stopped, 2) what the error means, and 3) What I need to or can do about these issues. Thanks.

Running Windows 10 on laptop, with Mozilla Firefox. Site is mghwildlife.com hosted at hostgator.com.

    Hi umpquamatt,

    1. If you’re saying that most images looked to have been resized then I’m guessing it had run through everything, it would seem, but the last ones couldn’t be found, though there was an ID for them
    2. The error means there were attachment IDs but the images themselves couldn’t be found.
    3. I don’t know that you need to do anything. There are lots of exclusions for things (like if it was an unsupported file type) but it’s possible maybe if you have something that modifies your image library it could be affecting that.

Check to see if you have any images outside of the parameters outlined in your Imsanity setup. If it’s just those dozen or so, can you try to run it manually (with the Resize Images button).

I’m going to mark this thread as resolved as it’s been a while since we heard from you, but feel free to start a new one if you need further help. Thanks!
