Error at website with www

  • Hi
    I have a mypage1.com website and everything is fine. I also have a website https://www.mypage2.com (ie with www) and there is an error. When you get on it without the www it does not go to register. This is an important matter because your plugin redirects to the registration page without www. In the settings of your plugin I have entered a link to register with www. I will not give you the address of your website because I turned off the redirection.

    We tried many times to build some new sites to replay the error you mentioned, but we can not replay the same error, in general, when you install a site like https://www.abc.com, then in wordpress database -> wp_options, you will find the first record is siteurl -> https://www.abc.com, that means when you enter a URL like https://abc.com/hello, wordpress will redirect you to https://www.abc.com/hello, because your site url is “https://www.abc.com”, it seems you have no chance to open https://abc.com/hello? Although our plugin have works well in many sites in many years, so if there have this kind of problem, we should received a report in last years, so I guess maybe you install some other plugins or theme which have redirect functionality too?
