error at the end of the payment process

    I have configured everything according to indications, and when doing the tests in testing environment, everything is correct until after entering the payment card number, it sends data and the following error is attached. In the control panel of APLAZAME it appears as NOT CONFIRMED, EXPIRED BY TRADE. Also in woocommerce the order appears as CANCELED. In other words, it is automatically canceled.

    from APLAZAME technical support tell me:
    This error is jumping because we are receiving a 406 code when we make a call to your system to confirm the order. However, we have tried to make that request via Postman and it seems that it does return a code 200 with a valid response, is it possible that you have some security mod that is discriminating by IP? If we send you the IP from which we make the requests, could you configure it as an exception?
    But I have tried to disable the security plugin and it continues with the same error. what can i do please?? thanks
