    Guten Tag zusammen

ich wollte eben ins Register Health Check und dort auf Problembehandlung wechseln und da kam nur noch folgende Meldung:

    Error thrown

Call to private method Health_Check_Troubleshooting_MU::is_troubleshooting() from context ?Health_Check_Troubleshoot‘

Und leider finden wir im Web nichts, was uns weiter hilft. Hat jemand eine Idee?
    Vielen Dank für die Hilfe.
    Michael

  • May I help out with a translation into English?

    Hello everyone

I just wanted to open the Health Check tab Troubleshooting and all I got was the following message:

    Error thrown

Call to private method Health_Check_Troubleshooting_MU::is_troubleshooting() from context 'Health_Check_Troubleshoot'

Unfortunately we can’t find anything on the web to help us. Anybody have an idea?
    Thank you for your help.

    Hi there,

I suspect I know what is going on here, could you go into the Plugins list, under the tab “Must-use” it should show “Health Check Troubleshooting Mode”, what version does it say this file is?

    Hi Marius

    It’s Version 1.1.0

There is a known bug that was discovered this morning, where the troubleshooting tab expects an up to date piece of code that won’t be updated until you start troubleshooting (I’m quite embarrassed we didn’t catch this sooner). A patch is coming this evening that solves it, in the meantime there’s three ways to fix it your self, in order of how easy they are:

    – Enable troubleshooting directly from the list of installed plugins, this will update the must use plugin.
    – Uninstall and delete the plugin and re-install it, this should remove the old must-use plugin, and it will be re-added when you reinstall.
    – Manually enter the wp-content/mu-plugins/ directory and delete any file there starting with health-check- (you may have one or two files).

Again, I do apologize for this, and we’re looking at ways to detect such errors to prevent them from sneaking past our human review in the future.

    Hi Marius

    Thank you for the answer.

I will wait for the patch.

Is the patch solving the problem or is it necessary to do something?

Version 1.1.1 should solve this, and should be available shortly.
