    I upgraded a client site to 3.0.5 and ran into the error message:

    “Please enter your card details to make a payment. Developers: Please make sure that you are including jQuery and there are no JavaScript errors on the page.”

    The error only appeared for new customers or customers not logged into their account who were entering their cc info. If it was an existing customer logged into their account with their cc info stored, the order processed successfully.

    After trying multiple things, we downgraded to 3.0.2 and are able to avoid the error message. Naturally this is very frustrating to us and our client as many sales were lost in the meantime.

    I do have a ticket open at WooCommerce which is going on 24 hours still waiting on a response…

    @naikstercom – please create your own thread to receive support.

    Hello, is there any news on the status of this thread and a fix? Using stripe.js option in the plugin allows transactions to go through without issue.

    @fernashes, @brownaddesign,

    Upgraded the plugin to version 3.0.5 and gateway failed with this same error message

    “Please enter your card details to make a payment. Developers: Please make sure that you are including jQuery and there are no JavaScript errors on the page.”

    No matter if client logged in or not. Did full debug looking for JS conflict – nothing.

    In the end we did as @brownaddesign and rolled back to v 3.0.2 and works again.

    I wonder how many of the 80,000 active installs this is actually affecting and how much money those businesses are losing through lost sales?
