    We have customer who cant ckeout out: They see a message

    “There was an error processing your order please check for any changes in your payment method and review your order history before placing the order?again.”

    There is no record of the order in Woo.

    I understand you’re facing an issue with your store checkout as customers are unable to complete the checkout process. I’m happy to help you troubleshoot this issue.

    Were you able to replicate this issue from your end by making a test order?

    As a first step, I’d recommend running a conflict test as detailed here to check if the issue is related to any plugin or theme conflicts. Please be sure to have a backup in place before proceeding.
