Error at checkout

Hi there,
We launched and tested a purchase that went through fine.
A day later we get User Token Authentication Failure error.
ANZ CyberSource team cannot work it out as yet.
They have asked me to check with you that the integration is using the following end point:
https://ics2wsa.ic3.com/commerce/1.x/transactionProcessor
Can you please confirm this?
I would be happy to give you temporary site access if needed to help resolve this problem as a matter of urgency.

Sorry this is rather old, but in case you still are troubleshooting the endpoint used is https://ics2wstest.ic3.com/commerce/1.x/transactionProcessor for test and https://ics2ws.ic3.com/commerce/1.x/transactionProcessor for production.
This does not exactly match the one you provided above. If this is the cause of the error I will update the plugin.
