    Hello, I have tried to link my ecommerce namamandorle.it through woocommerce, to social pages instagram and facebook.
    The procedure is successful and I see the success page.
    Whichever button I click, I’m redirected to the attached page with the error message:” Something went wrong when connecting to facebook!

    Can anyone support me?

    Is it showing up any error 500?

    Can you try again from a different browser and see if that makes a difference? Also, while I don’t think this is likely the issue, but let me know if you have any cache plugins.

    Also regarding the error message: Could not assign System User to asset. Maybe it already exists?

    I’m not sure if you’re able to remove the System User yourself to try again, or if you’ll need to get with Facebook to have them do it. Can you poke around and see if you can remove it? If not, you may need to contact Facebook.

    Hi,
    I tried incognito just in case but I don’t have any caching plugins, everything is done server side.
    I also tried from safari, same error.
    in console only warning

    If I already have a facebook account, why can’t I access it?
    What do I do ?

    Hi @lamonk95!

    I noticed you mentioned you were trying to connect it to Instagram and Facebook. At this time Instagram isn’t supported through the Facebook plugin so you will have to leave that box unchecked as this note states in the docs. Will you try to remove Instagram and connect again?
