Error: Are you sure you want to do this?

    Every time I try to add a new quote – using the relevant function – I get the following error: Are you sure you want to do this.
    Of further note, there is no question mark after the line, and there is no YES or NO or CANCEL or any option.
    I was able to add a single quote after installation … any further attempts to add a quote result in this error.
