Whenever I load a page in Elementor, I get the following error on top:

Deprecated: _register_controls is deprecated since version 3.1.0! Use Elementor\Core\DynamicTags\Base_Tag::register_controls() instead. in /home/dairyberries/public_html/2022/wp-includes/functions.php on line 5316

If I switch to Twenty Two, I don’t get that error at all.

So it’s something in Kadence triggering it.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi,
Looks like you’re not using Kadence Theme? Did you switch? I haven’t heard of others experiencing this error with Kadence and Elementor. We would be happy to help troubleshoot!

    Kindly,
    Hannah

    Hey,
This will get resolved in the next update. I would like to point out that Deprecated notices shouldn’t be something you show on any production site. This is a setting in your PHP settings on your server and those should only be enabled for development environments.

@ben, right. This is a staging environment but still frustrating to see when trying to edit an Elementor produced page. In those cases, I have to go into the inspector and use some CSS trickery to move up the Elementor footer so I can update / save my pages. Otherwise, I don’t see the button at all.
