    I’m getting this error for several weeks. I’ve reauthenticated several times and the error persists.

    “Error: API returned a?403: The key or token used is invalid. Please authenticate/re-authenticate with MonsterInsights on the MonsterInsights settings panel.

    Hi @josemhg,

    Thanks for reaching out. It looks like this thread has been marked as resolved, but in case you run into similar issues again in the future, please try fully disconnecting MonsterInsights first.

    1. Log into your wp-admin
    2. Go to?Insights???Settings.
    3. Click on the arrow to show buttons?https://a.supportally.com/i/sRufHT?and click on?Disconnect MonsterInsights. You might need to do this step twice if it shows an error the first time, and that’s okay, it should work on the second try.
    4. Now you should get a success message saying you’ve successfully disconnected.

    While fully disconnected, go ahead and connect MonsterInsights again.
