    HI, I have this problem.

I try to connect ActiveCampaign to woocommerce, they have an authentication endpoint URL, but when I click on “Approve” I have this error:

“Error: An error occurred in the request and at the time were unable to send the consumer data.”

The activeCampaign support review and they told me this:

” the developers tested your WooCommerce connection with ActiveCampaign and it looks like your WordPress server is not allowing REST API access. REST API access is what allows ActiveCampaign, to integrate with WooCommerce. If the server does not allow us access we can not connect with WooCommerce.

We can not do much on our side when this happens. We encourage you to get in contact with your WordPress admin or server admin to see what they can do with allowing REST API access in order for us to integrate with WooCommerce. ”

How can I solve this problem.?

    Thanks.

You need to contact your host about this, they should know what they’re looking for.
