Error API error: state: Destination state can have between 2 and 20 characters.

    I have an issue with the plugin.
    I have an order destined for Chile whose province is “Región Metropolitana de Santiago” and I can′t generate the label because there is an error message

    API error: state: Destination state can have between 2 and 20 characters.

    How can I solve that? I need to send the order
