Error and website won’t load

    The website is throwing an error:

    ERROR

    Could not download the template for the widget.
    Please reload the page.
    If the problem persists, please write an e-mail to support@trustindex.io.

    Can you please help? I have deactivated the plugin so the website is not down. But unsure how to fix moving forward.

    If I need to delete and reinstall the plugin, I assume I will loose all my content? Is there a way to save this information and then import it back in once plugin is reinstalled?

    Or do you have a magic fix?

    I am also seeing same error because of this plugin. WP was updated to latest version and then this plugin start throwing this error,

    Hopefully there will be an update soon! (I have not updated my WordPress yet, but am still getting this error)

    I’m getting the same issue, randomly checked my website and saw this too…

    It’s okay, for me, I deactivated the plugin overnight and when activated the next day it worked and has continued to be okay. So not sure what happened but fixed now. (No updates were done)
