Error and Timeouts

    Hi,

    I’ve been having issues with the plugin on a Woocommerce page.

    I have a Slow App Error log on cloudways and it is scattered with errors like the following:

    in the apache error log I’m getting:

    Had the same issue with my previous hoster. But it keeps coming back.

    Thank you for reaching out. I really appreciate you sharing with us that detailed error log. In order to move forward with this issue and pass this information on over to our developers, could you please reply back here with a copy of your WooCommerce System Status Report, the steps you were taking leading up to seeing these errors, and what issue it is causing for you with the app. For example, are orders not processing fast enough, are they not syncing at all, etc? As much detail as you can provide would really help us out.
