[ERROR] An unknown error has occurred

    It has nothing to do with upgrade.

    Twitter throws “An unknown error has occurred” when you try to submit broken/corrupted image.

    Please check that your images are fine.

    Also please check if your server has some king of protection against direct downloads of your images.

    Open Facebook Debugger Tool, https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug , then just enter the URL of your image to the field, Click “debug” and see the errors.
