    Hi there,

    I purchased the pro version of Product Recommendation Quiz, tried to grant access as part of installation and received the error message:

    Error: An error occurred in the request and at the time were unable to send the consumer data.

    I have tried updating all Woocommerce and WordPress plugins (including databases).

    Please assist ASAP.
